To go to William Wallace Statue it will take you 15 min walking. The kitchen was a big plus. Biocafe is literally 150 m away. Aberdeen City Centre neighbourhood was worth exploring.
Very large and well equipped rooms. City centre within walking distance. Big bathroom. Clean. Smooth check-in.
Windows don't close very well. Bathroom didn't have enough light.
The reception was open 24 hours a day. The employees were very friendly and helpful at all times. Minor problems were solved immediately and thoroughly. The location of the hotel was excellent for our undertakings. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and very clean.
Apartment size and the beautiful and large bathroom
Breakfast promises too much. It is not great, but rather a typical continental breakfast with two cold cuts to choose from. Situated in the basement.
Nice and helpful staff, really good Scottish breakfast, also recommended for a longer stay.
It is really tidy. the facilities in the kitchen are so gorgeous.
lack of daily necessities, such as toothbrush
So much more than a hotel room! Clean, comfy, modern, roomy with lots of extras. Very central with secure car parking.
Upgraded to new suite which was lovely but on top floor with no lift!
Excelent suite and breakfast.
It was like a home from home - very helpful staff
Location was very good for access to theatre, shops and railway station
The space and quality in the compartments was excellent. Very clean and kitted out with everything we required for our stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient and even though there was a small muddle up with our booking they resolved the situation very quickly.
I found the beds and pillows to be very hard and awoke next day with a sore neck. However this is a very individual opinion and someone else may find the beds to be extremely comfortable.
From arrival to departing everything went like clockwork, staff were welcoming and always helpful. The room was spotless, decor was of a high standard. A lovely place to stay for our chill out weekend...Would recommend to our friends
Staff at reception very helpful as well as gentleman porter who escorted us to our rooms. On site parking very useful as free of charge. continental breakfast could have benefitted with some spreading cheese for toast. apartment very nice although bathroom had only a small shelf for toiletries. I would definately stay there again
continental breakfast was limited to bread jam , marmalade and cereal with orange juice would have liked some cheese
Clean value for money and handy for shop and theatre and a good breakfast in the morning
Very clean, friendly staff, good central location, would recommend to family and friends and would stay again if visiting Aberdeen.
